These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the client, The Dream House, registered with the Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises under number 0732.948.232, AFSCA authorization number: AER/BNA/012509; hereinafter referred to as the "Seller";

The term "Client" refers to an individual, non-professional, defined as a consumer by the Economic Code, who purchases products from the Seller through the Seller’s website.

Article 1 - General Provisions

These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Client and the Seller. The Seller operates an online store hosted on the website [address of the Seller’s website] (hereinafter, the "Site"). The Seller offers for sale online products based on cannabidiol, cannabidiol flowers, dietary supplements, e-cigarettes, water pipes, hereinafter referred to as the "products." These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases made by the Client on the Site. They apply to sales conducted in Belgium and abroad via the Site and cover the entire contractual relationship between the Seller and the Client, from order placement to payment and delivery. These general terms and conditions take precedence over any other general or special conditions. They may be modified at any time by the Seller. In such a case, the Seller commits to informing the Client, and the modified terms will automatically apply to any future online purchases by the Client on the Site.

Article 2 - Obligation of Means

The Seller is bound by an obligation of means towards the Client. The Seller commits to taking all necessary actions to fulfill the order according to the Client's wishes. However, the Seller is not obligated to use disproportionate means to achieve the objective.

Article 3 - Prices and Contractual Documents

The agreement is made by the Client when validating the order on the Site and upon the full registration of the Client on the same Site. The order confirmation and the related invoice will be sent by email to the Client by the Seller. The order confirmation includes a complete description and reference of the purchased product(s).

Article 4 - Specifics Related to Services

Due to the nature of the products sold by MyLittleWonder, such as cannabidiol-based products or e-cigarettes, and because these cannot be purchased by minors, the Client must be of legal age to place an order. The purchase of products through this site is exclusively reserved for those over 18 years old. The Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (AFSCA) does not authorize the sale of bulk cannabidiol flowers. Therefore, MyLittleWonder sells this product by the gram. The Dream House weighs the cannabidiol flowers before sealing them in specific packaging. MyLittleWonder then applies a label detailing the usage instructions for cannabidiol. The Client, by completing the purchase, declares to be fully informed of the physical effects related to the consumption of the products in question.

Article 5 - Order Cancellation by the Seller

In the event of an order cancellation by the Seller for reasons beyond their control (such as the disappearance of a product, supplier bankruptcy, etc.), the Seller commits to offering equivalent products to the Client. The Client is free to accept or reject the offer.

Article 6 - Delivery Times and Methods

The purchase confirmation indicates a delivery time. This 5-business-day period is provided as an estimate and does not bind the Seller, as delivery is handled by a third-party carrier. The Seller is therefore not responsible for delays due to reasons attributable to the carrier or third parties. The Client expressly agrees to delivery by a third-party carrier. A flat-rate amount covering delivery fees will be added to the order total, as stated in Article 3. These amounts are based on the carrier's rates and are provided as an estimate in an annex to these general terms and conditions. Transport-related risks are the sole responsibility of the carrier from the moment the order is handed over to them. Upon receipt of the order, the Client must verify the contents before the departure of the delivery person or at the time of possession. Any defects must be immediately communicated to the delivery person, and the order must be refused. Refused products will be returned to the Seller, who will assess whether their responsibility is engaged and will, if necessary, send a new order. In any case, in the event of a lost order, the Client should contact the Seller via email at mylittleswonder@gmail.com.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

The Client has a 14-day withdrawal period. This right can only be exercised if the purchased products have not been used or modified, and the original packaging has not been opened. The sealed packaging must remain sealed according to the specific packaging type concerned. This right allows the Client to return the items at their own expense to the Seller. The Seller commits to refunding the returned products to the bank account used for the online payment by the Client. The Client must include their name, postal address, email address, order number, and specify which product(s) will be returned in the withdrawal letter. The Client then has 14 days to return the products at their expense. If the right of withdrawal is exercised according to the conditions specified in this article, the Client will be refunded within 14 days from the Seller's receipt of the returned product.

Article 8 – Online Sale

In addition to these general terms and conditions, which fully apply to online sales, the specifics of this article are added. The products presented on the Mylittleswonder.com online store are an invitation to place a non-binding order. The operation of the online store is as follows:

  • The Client logs into the Mylittleswonder website and selects products to place in their shopping cart. This expresses their intention to place an order.
  • After registration, the Client enters their delivery and billing details. The total order amount, including taxes, and shipping costs are shown.
  • Information related to the credit card used for payment is not known to Mylittleswonder. The confidentiality of this information is guaranteed.
  • Payment is processed by the relevant financial institution.
  • The Client receives an email confirmation of the transaction, which they can print and keep as proof.
  • The Dream House handles the after-sales processing and ships the order to the Client according to these general terms and conditions.

The prices of the products listed on the site are valid on the date of consultation and are subject to change. The final price is communicated to the Client when Mylittleswonder confirms the sale. By validating their order, the Client expresses their intention to conclude a purchase contract subject to these general terms and conditions. The Client also affirms that all the data provided is correct and valid. Mylittleswonder cannot be held responsible for any errors regarding this information. The delivery of the products signifies acceptance of the offer made by Mylittleswonder. Mylittleswonder reserves the right to accept or reject the order. The email confirmation sent to the Client is merely a confirmation of order receipt. In the case of product unavailability, Mylittleswonder will inform the Client. The Client is free to place a new order. The Client, by confirming their online order, confirms that they are at least 18 years old. Otherwise, the Client is solely responsible. The sale cannot be annulled, and Mylittleswonder cannot be held responsible for this reason.

Article 9 - Conformity of the Order

In case of non-compliance, and where the sale is subject to consumer protection laws, the Client must inform Mylittleswonder of the defect within 7 calendar days of noticing the issue. In case of non-compliance, and where the sale is not subject to consumer protection laws, the Client expressly acknowledges that the delivered products match their order and are free of any apparent defects. The Client must inform Mylittleswonder of any other defects, in writing, within 7 days of discovery. Any return of products, for any reason, is at the Client's exclusive expense. Mylittleswonder will not cover return shipping costs under any circumstances.

Article 10 - Product Sales Intermediary

Mylittleswonder acts as a sales intermediary for certain products. As such, Mylittleswonder is exclusively an intermediary and does not take responsibility for the sale of products on behalf of third parties. The Client purchasing products under these conditions is subject to the manufacturer's general terms and conditions.

Article 11 - Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances is The Dream House responsible for an order cancellation or delivery delay due to reasons beyond their control, such as a total or partial strike by third parties, natural disasters, or (threat of) attacks. If such an event occurs, the Client and Mylittleswonder agree to arrange a postponed delivery. Mylittleswonder and its agents are not responsible for the acquisition of a product by a minor using false identification. The Dream House makes every effort to ensure the delivery of quality products. However, it cannot be held liable for defects resulting from the actions of third parties. Products must be used by the Client as intended. Mylittleswonder is not responsible for indirect consequences arising from the use of products, including but not limited to non-compliance with the intended use or allergic reactions to the product. Apart from the above, Mylittleswonder’s liability cannot be invoked for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the Client’s acquisition of a product, including but not limited to failure to achieve the expected benefit or errors in order preparation.

Article 12 - Website

In addition to the elements provided in the disclaimer on the website www.mylittleswonder.com, the entire content of the Mylittleswonder website is the property of Mylittleswonder. This content is protected by copyright. It cannot be copied, reproduced, or used for any other purpose without the permission of the owner. The Dream House, while doing everything possible to ensure the availability of the site at any given time, is not responsible if it becomes unavailable for any reason (e.g., scheduled maintenance or technical failure).

Article 13 - Disputes

These general terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute regarding their application will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction where the seller is located, unless a mandatory legal provision provides otherwise. This does not affect the consumer's rights under the laws applicable to consumers in their own country.

Article 14 - Confidentiality and Protection of Personal Data

Mylittleswonder collects confidential and/or personal information regarding the client during the product ordering process. Mylittleswonder is bound to strict confidentiality in this regard. Under no circumstances will it disclose any information that it may have come to know. Any personal data concerning the client, an individual, as defined by the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, is processed in compliance with this regulation. The processing of this data is based on the legitimate interest of The Dream House and the necessary execution of the contract. The data is retained only for specific actions related to The Dream House and is never shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes or any other purpose, except for transmission to public authorities or third parties for accounting purposes and/or compliance with legal obligations imposed on The Dream House. Under no circumstances will medical data be transmitted to third parties for any reason. The data retained by The Dream House includes:

  • IP address assigned during the connection to the Mylittleswonder website
  • Pages visited and type of browser used
  • Name, surname, age, address, email address, phone number

The client has the option to:

  • Object, at any time and free of charge, to the processing of their personal data
  • Access, free of charge, the data held by The Dream House and request the correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or irrelevant data
  • Object, for legitimate and serious reasons, to the processing of the data held
  • Request the deletion of their personal data by Mylittleswonder, as long as its retention is not required due to legal obligations
  • Request the portability of their data held by Mylittleswonder to a third party.

Any request regarding the above must be made in writing to Mylittleswonder, either by mail or email to mylittleswonder@gmail.com. Mylittleswonder may disclose personal information to third parties upon request by any legally authorized authority. Mylittleswonder may also disclose it if such disclosure is required, in good faith, to comply with laws and regulations, protect or defend its rights or property, or if it believes the client poses a danger to themselves or others.

Article 15 - Complaints

Any complaint by the client must be made immediately verbally, confirmed in writing (registered mail) no later than 3 days after the completion of the service, with the postmark as proof. Mylittleswonder commits to making every effort to find an amicable and satisfactory solution for all parties. As long as a complaint is made by the client within the time frame mentioned in §1, and as long as Mylittleswonder accepts it, the amount will be limited to the amount invoiced for the concerned service.

Article 16 - Dispute Resolution and Competent Courts

In the event of a dispute, mediation between Mylittleswonder and the client is preferred. In this context, both parties commit to participating in at least one mediation meeting coordinated by a mediator chosen from members of the Federal Mediation Commission. However, if no agreement can be reached, the competent courts will be those of the judicial district where The Dream House's registered office is located. In case of a dispute related to an online sale, it can be resolved through the platform established by the European Commission, accessible via the following link: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show&lng=EN.

Article 17 - Invalidity

The possible invalidity of any provision of these terms and conditions does not affect the validity of the entire agreement.

Article 18 - Application of Belgian Law

All provisions not specified in these terms and conditions are governed by the applicable Belgian law at the time the contract is concluded.

Annex - Delivery Fees

Deliveries are made by different service providers depending on your location, such as:

  • UPS
  • DHL
  • BPOST
  • POSTNL
  • DPD
  • For non-European countries, any additional customs taxes are at your expense.

Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy

Incorrect or Missing Items: Any missing items will be immediately returned to you without additional charges and shipping costs.

Any incorrect items must be returned to us at our expense. We will process a refund for the incorrect item or an exchange based on your preference.

(Note: if such items are not reported within 5 days of delivery, no return will be issued. Please email mylittleswonder for assistance.)

Items must be free from stains, residue, deodorant, or signs of use. Cleaning products, rolling papers, and wraps/blunts cannot be returned.

All returns are refunded via the online store in the form of an exchange for items of equal value or a 100% refund.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of your package or items at our distribution center.

Returns are only accepted at our return center.

Additional Notes: Depending on the shipping method and carrier chosen, the return of your package may take several days. Keep your proof of shipment and send your return with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments. Without proof of receipt and delivery, The Dream House will not issue an exchange or refund for your returns. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue an exchange voucher from The Dream House that you can use immediately or a 100% refund.

Returned to Sender and Refused Packages

This may occur if:

  • An address is invalid or missing information.
  • The carrier is unable to deliver your package.
  • The order is refused by the client upon delivery.

Packages returned to the sender or refused will be restocked, and you will receive a refund. We are unable to replace or reship in these cases, as all returned shipments are processed by our returns department. Instead, use the exchange option to place a new order with the correct address. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee that your items will be in stock when you reorder, but we will find a solution that works for you.

Note: We cannot modify orders placed in our system. To ensure that your package is delivered correctly, ensure that the address entered is correct and includes all relevant information. Using proper abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is crucial for ensuring delivery. The Dream House assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Damaged/ Broken Items

If you received damaged items, simply file a claim! All you need to do is submit a claim through the confirmation emails sent to you, and from there, we will take care of the rest.

Incorrect or Missing Items

Upon delivery of your order, please carefully check the items you have received. If any items from your order are incorrect or missing, please provide photos of the following within 48 hours of delivery:

  • The original packaging of the items you received
  • The delivery note included in your package
  • The items you received in your package

To expedite the process, please include the photos in your initial email. No charges will be applied to return the missing item. All incorrect items must be returned to us at our expense.

Reserved Rights on Returns

The Dream House reserves the right to define and limit, and/or refuse returns from clients at any time due to: An irregular or excessive return history indicating potential misuse of the material. An irregular or excessive return history of used, damaged, or missing items or fraudulent or criminal activity. Similarly, The Dream House reserves the right to refuse service to any client or entity due to actions similar to the above.
