I entered the wrong address
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can correct the address as long as the parcel has not shipped.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes. EU consumers have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Return details are in our refund policy.
My item arrived damaged or incomplete
Email us your order number with photos of the parcel and the item. Legal conformity guarantees apply.

How do I choose a suitable toy?
Each product page states the recommended age, materials and warnings. Always follow the age indication and supervise young children during play.
What does "Montessori-inspired" mean?
"Montessori" is not an official label. We use it for simple, hands-on toys that let children explore at their own pace.
